Skylar Hochberg is a Partner of Ridge Real Estate Partners. Mr. Hochberg has over a decade of real estate experience investing both equity and debt across property types and geographies. Prior to Ridge, Mr. Hochberg was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management where he helped launch the firm’s dedicated real estate platform and executed over $4 billion of transactions.

Before Atalaya, Mr. Hochberg worked at the Carlyle Group, covering acquisitions in New York and Boston. Mr. Hochberg received a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and resides in New York City with his wife and son.
