Brian Roberts is a Partner of Ridge Real Estate Partners. Mr. Roberts has over 15 years of real estate investment experience across multiple property sectors, including multifamily, industrial, life science, office, and for sale residential. Prior to Ridge, Mr. Roberts was a Principal in Carlyle’s US Real Estate Group where he led the asset management of Carlyle’s real estate investments in the Northeast region. During Mr. Robert’s 12 years at Carlyle, he managed over $6 billion in real estate, overseeing the development, financing, leasing, financial reporting, and disposition processes.

Before Carlyle, Mr. Roberts worked at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd (formerly BPG Properties, Ltd), covering acquisitions and asset management in the Midwest region. Mr. Roberts received a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking and Real Estate/Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and resides in New York City.
